Shipping Information

I proudly ship my artwork throughout the United States and internationally upon request. Each piece is carefully packaged and fully insured to ensure it arrives safely at your door.

Shipping Details:

Processing Time: Ready-to-ship pieces typically ship within 5-7 business days after payment is received.
Custom Orders: Shipping timelines for custom work vary based on the size and complexity of the project. I’ll provide an estimated shipping date during the ordering process.
Shipping Methods: All artwork is shipped via trusted carriers with tracking and insurance.
Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and size of the piece. For custom orders, shipping will be included in your final quote.
International Shipping: I offer international shipping on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me directly for a shipping quote and availability.

Delivery Issues & Damages

I take great care in packaging every piece, but if your artwork arrives damaged:

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If there is damage, contact me within 48 hours of delivery at lloydmetalart@gmail.com with photos of the damage and the packaging.
I will work with you to file an insurance claim and discuss replacement options if applicable.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade, custom nature of my artwork, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on artwork, including:

Ready-to-ship pieces
Custom orders
Commissioned work

Exceptions (Damaged Orders Only)

Refunds or replacements are only offered if the artwork is damaged during shipping and a claim is approved. Please follow the damage reporting process outlined above.

Cancellations

I do not accept cancellations on custom orders once production has begun, as materials are purchased and time is dedicated to your specific design.
