Custom orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Once design details are approved, a non-refundable deposit may be required to begin work. Lead times vary depending on project size and complexity and will be communicated during the ordering process.

4. Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). I accept secure payments through the website via approved payment methods. Full payment is required before shipping.

5. Shipping

I offer shipping throughout the United States and internationally (upon request). All shipments are insured and carefully packaged to protect your artwork. Shipping costs and delivery timelines will be calculated at checkout or communicated for custom orders.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom and handmade nature of my artwork, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and I will work with you to resolve the issue.
